Shared Hosting plans, Cloud Hosting plans, WordPress Hosting plans, Email Hosting plans, and Website Builder plans are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of initial purchase.
Domain registrations and renewals (non-refundable per registrar policies), SSL certificate purchases after issuance, VPS and dedicated server plans (eligible for pro-rated credit only), and plans purchased after promotional/discounted pricing.
To request a refund: open a support ticket with subject "Refund Request", provide your order reference, and state the reason. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method. Bank transfer refunds may take 3-7 additional days.
If you request a refund after 30 days for hosting plans, we may offer a pro-rated credit to your account for the unused period. This is at our sole discretion.
