By accessing or using SKBHOSTING services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers.
SKBHOSTING provides web hosting, cloud hosting, VPS hosting, dedicated servers, domain registration, SSL certificates, email hosting, and related services. All services are provided on an "as is" basis.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be 18 years or older to use our services.
You may not use our services for: illegal activities, distributing malware or viruses, sending unsolicited emails (spam), hosting phishing sites, distributing copyrighted material without authorization, or any activity that violates applicable laws.
All fees are charged in advance. Payments are non-refundable except as provided in our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. A 7.5% VAT applies to all orders.
We guarantee 99.9% uptime for shared hosting and 99.99% for cloud and VPS plans. Downtime caused by scheduled maintenance, customer actions, or force majeure events is excluded from SLA calculations.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or are subject to chargebacks. Terminated accounts may not be refunded.
SKBHOSTING's liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the previous 3 months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages including loss of data or business interruption.
We handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Nigerian data protection laws. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes shall be resolved in Lagos State courts.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email.
